Reviews and Ratings
Club Himalaya continues to be a fantastic escape for those looking to get away from the hustle of Kathmandu. The rooms are spacious and clean, offering excellent amenities, and the variety of food options available is impressive, especially the desserts. While the location provides breathtaking views, some facilities are a bit dated and service could be slow at times, making it less than perfect.
The hotel has stunning views, especially from the balconies, which would be amazing on a clear day. However, the overall experience fell short due to inconsistent service, cold temperatures throughout the hotel, and some maintenance issues. The breakfast left much to be desired, while the dinner buffet was quite enjoyable. Overall, it feels like a place with potential but needs significant improvements to fully deliver on that promise.
I had a beautiful stay at Club Himalaya, nestled in the mountains of Nagarkot. The location was stunning with breathtaking views, perfect for a scenic getaway. The rooms were comfortable, but I was a bit let down by the dining options; while the atmosphere was peaceful, the food could use improvement. Overall, it was a lovely retreat, but keep in mind it might not be ideal for those seeking a variety in dining.
I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The atmosphere was incredible, and the hospitality truly stood out - a special shoutout to Ms. Sonia Shrestha for making us feel so welcomed. The room provided breathtaking views of the mountains, and the pool area was quite refreshing. While the dining experience was lovely, with delicious meals, there are a few areas needing improvement, like the condition of the bathtub. Overall, it’s worth every penny, and I can't wait to return!
